Dear Friends and Clients,
Over the world, each country is in a different phase of infection. What started in Wuhan and then South Korea in December 2019, continued in Italy and then Spain and US in Feb/March 2020. These were the early birds... where infection started spreading two months before the peak death rates.
The rest of the countries, Including India, are about 2 months behind.. and our infection rate has to still peak. What we have seen in INDIA specifically is that the death rate is much lower compared to other countries. The reason is simple, we have a younger population with a stronger immunity. The death rate among senior citizens and those with co - morbidities continues to be high as the rest of the world.
Another point about COVID19, not highlighted - is that it is definitely a MODIFIED VIRUS FROM A WUHAN LAB- according to Nobel Laureate Dr. Luc Montagnier : French Nobel prize winning scientist Luc Montagnier has sparked a fresh controversy by claiming that the SARS-CoV-2 virus came from a lab, and is the result of an attempt to manufacture a vaccine against the AIDS virus.
In an interview given to French CNews channel and during a podcast by Pourquoi Docteur, professor Montagnier who co-discovered HIV (Human Immunodeficiency Virus) claimed the presence of elements of HIV in the genome of the coronavirus and even elements of the "germ of malaria" are highly suspect, according to a report in Asia Times. https://www.livemint.com/news/world/nobel-winning-scientist-claims-covid-19-virus-was-man-made-in-wuhan-lab-11587303649821.html
ON Wikipedia: According to Montagnier, the "presence of elements of HIV and germ of malaria in the genome of coronavirus is highly suspect and the characteristics of the virus could not have arisen naturally".
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Luc_Montagnier
Following this, numerous articles sought to discredit his view because - no surprises here - he supports homeopathy and is against vaccination! As a homeopath and used to being frequently discredited - I find that no reason to reject the wisdom and understanding of Dr. Montagneir. Since he has retired, there are no pressures for him to toe the 'official' line and so he says he is free to speak the truth. I would prefer to believe him as it explains why this virus has caused so many deaths, given its relationship to HIV.
My analysis given this scenario - What is the practical implication for everybody? What do we do?
1. Social Distancing continues to be necessary in crowded cities, especially Mumbai, Delhi, New York, etc.
In Rural Areas however, where there is not much crowd, more open spaces, people living far apart - social distancing occurs by default! People would still need to be careful in crowded market places.
2. Wear your mask around crowds, wash you hands frequently, and change your clothes if you have been out to a crowded place for a long period of time.
3. Take strips out only for essentials and necessary activity like repairing electronic items, etc. Try buying other goods online, its more reliable than it was earlier, easier to use with new apps, and you can get almost anything online.
4. Those who HAVE to travel to work for essential services, especially health care workers, doctors, vendors, bankers, delivery personnel, etc - take all precautions during travelling and wash your hands frequently. Maintain careful isolation in your homes, especially if you have elderly at home and those with co-morbidities. Our precaution is for OTHERS not only for ourselves.
5. AVOID going to your office if you can work from home - definitely choose the latter option as much as possible.
6. If there are positive cases around you, in your building or neighborhood, please repeat the Ars Alb 30 or 1M (Or Sulphur) as you have taken earlier. The other followup remedy that has been frequently indicated is Bryonia.
&. Keep a well planned schedule while at home, enough work time, enough PRAYER time, enough time for your family. Keep in touch with friends and neighbours on the phone or social media. Look our for people who need help around you, especially the elderly, and those who are alone. Reach out in the best way you can.

SOME GOOD NEWS FOLKS! - THE VIRUS IS MUTATING AND LOSING ITS POTENCY/ DANGEROUS VIRULENCE!

ROME (Reuters) - The new coronavirus is losing its potency and has become much less lethal, a senior Italian doctor said on Sunday.
"In reality, the virus clinically no longer exists in Italy," said Alberto Zangrillo, the head of the San Raffaele Hospital in Milan in the northern region of Lombardy, which has borne the brunt of Italy's coronavirus contagion.
"The swabs that were performed over the last 10 days showed a viral load in quantitative terms that was absolutely infinitesimal compared to the ones carried out a month or two months ago," he told RAI television.
Italy has the third highest death toll in the world from COVID-19, with 33,415 people dying since the outbreak came to light on Feb. 21. It has the sixth highest global tally of cases at 233,019.
However new infections and fatalities have fallen steadily in May and the country is unwinding some of the most rigid lockdown restrictions introduced anywhere on the continent.
Zangrillo said some experts were too alarmist about the prospect of a second wave of infections and politicians needed to take into account the new reality.
"We've got to get back to being a normal country," he said. "Someone has to take responsibility for terrorizing the country."
The government urged caution, saying it was far too soon to claim victory.
"Pending scientific evidence to support the thesis that the virus has disappeared ... I would invite those who say they are sure of it not to confuse Italians," Sandra Zampa, an undersecretary at the health ministry, said in a statement.
"We should instead invite Italians to maintain the maximum caution, maintain physical distancing, avoid large groups, to frequently wash their hands and to wear masks."
A second doctor from northern Italy told the national ANSA news agency that he was also seeing the coronavirus weaken.
"The strength the virus had two months ago is not the same strength it has today," said Matteo Bassetti, head of the infectious diseases clinic at the San Martino hospital in the city of Genoa.
"It is clear that today the COVID-19 disease is different."
STRATIFIED RELAXATION IS THE WAY OUT OF THE LOCKDOWN:
Walking on the tightrope between prevention of virus spread and getting the economy to breathe (which means people need to work for food and livelihood), here is a well informed and wise article with suggestions on how to make informed decisions printed in BRITISH MEDICAL JOURNAL:
This article explains.. with details.. that the lockdown needs to be adjusted to different categories of people according to different needs and family sitautions. Various scenarios are mentioned.
While you read the article.. identify what is your family situation and what are your family needs. Adjust your lockdown response accordingly.

Lockdown is damaging lives; stratified shielding could help get us out
Protecting those at most risk of dying from covid-19 while relaxing the strictures on others provides a way forward in the SARS-CoV-2 epidemic, given the virus is unlikely to disappear in the foreseeable future.1 Such targeted approaches would, however, require a shift away from the notion that we are all seriously threatened by the disease, which has led to levels of personal fear being strikingly mismatched to objective risk of death.2 Instead, the aim should be to communicate realistic levels of risk as they apply to different groups, not to reassure or frighten but to allow informed personal decisions in a setting of necessary uncertainty.
Several preprints have modelled “stratify and shield” strategies based on enhanced protection of the vulnerable while easing or removing constraints on others.345678 They all aim at identifying groups that are at high risk of dying from covid-19 and are therefore shielded against risk of infection. The models have different views on how such shielding can be ended, however. Some have considered ending shielding when herd immunity levels are reached in the unshielded population.3 The theory is that disease in the unshielded—who should experience low rates of severe morbidity and mortality—will not overload critical care. If stratified shielding is combined with attempts to damp down spread among the unshielded,5 then social distancing may be needed until a vaccine is developed. Other strategies suggest a third group, the shielders, who either are considered immune because of prior infection4 or are repeatedly tested for SARS-CoV-2 infection.6

Thank you dear PEnny! Good to see you here :)
IMPORTANT _ is that even IF we do pick up Covid19 virus, we will pick up such a small exposure, that we will recover quickly with minor symptoms. How do we do that"
Here are the TIPS that were given earlier, and still relevant for our present way of life:
1. Clean every single thing that enters your house:
Every physical item could be a potential carrier of the virus. We might tend to overlook risks associated with our everyday products such as newspapers, milk packets, dust bins which are touched by dustmen, grocery items and the bags that we carry these in etc.. These products travel a long way and are touched by many hands in the process before reaching your homes/or the grocery stores. Here are some tips to clean these common products up:
a. Milk Packets:
Carry the milk packets with the tip of two fingers (alternatively with tissues/disposables) and immerse them fully in a bowl of slightly warm water (even better if salt is added to the water). Wash the packets inside this liquid for a good number of seconds and then wash it under running water to finish off.
Note: Milk comes in close contact with the packet corners and edges while pouring it out. So not washing any possible virus traces increases the chances of the virus spreading.
b. Newspapers:
Since you cannot wash a newspaper, it is ideal to not use newspapers at all for a few weeks/months. Digital newspapers are easily available. Alternatively, open all the sheets of the paper and leave it open to direct sunlight for at least 3-5 hours (and then wash your hands) before you could get them inside the house to read.
c. Groceries:
Leave the entire bag of grocery out in the sun for at least 3 hours. Alternatively, spread a disposable towel or newspaper to spread the items out. After sun-drying, items that need to be refrigerated and liquid items that cannot be transferred into other boxes/bottles, must be washed thoroughly just like the milk packets ? before shelving them in the fridge. Next, transfer dry items that can be transferred to empty boxes without bringing the packets in contact with the boxes.
d. Fruits and Vegetables:
Fruits and Vegetables are one of the most exposed products since they are stored in the open air on the roads. Apart from the shopkeeper himself, lot of customers would have touched them multiple times. Make sure you wash them extremely well (most of them can we washed with salt water). Fruits and vegetables with thick, coarse skin have higher chances of carrying dirt, bacteria and virus. Thus take an extra precautionary measure to soak such ones in salt water (30 mins after it is cooled down after boiling it).
2. If you step out, definitely wear a mask:
Symptoms of Coronavirus can begin to show up from anywhere between 2 days to 14 days. This means that a person affected and positive with the Covid-19, might not even show any symptoms for up to 14 days ? which is scary! Therefore, until there is no definite Coronavirus treatment, one best way to reduce the chances is to wear a mask every time you step outside. Click here for full details on the types of masks, best masks to wear, when to wear, how to wear, details on reusable and on-time wear masks, and most importantly, the RISKS of wearing masks.
3. Clean the indoors often:
Despite staying indoors during this lockdown in India, you might bring back the virus with you when you return home from grocery shopping/other essentials. Before you wash your hands, you might touch things like your mobile, wallet, belt, clothes, door knobs, taps, bathroom essentials etc. To be sure not to allow the spread of virus from these surfaces, clean them frequently with soap water, other disinfectants, sanitizers, or wet cloth ? which ever applicable.
4. Make sure only one person goes out:
Reduce the risk of bringing the virus home by assigning only one person from your house to go out for grocery shopping, essential chores or emergencies. As soon as this person is back, he/she must preferably have a full body shower (including hair wash). Further, wash every piece of clothing thoroughly and dry it well under open sunlight.
5. Use private vehicles:
Completely avoid cabs, auto rickshaws, buses, trains etc. Public transports have a very high risk rate of catching the virus because of high contact rate with many people. Try to use your own vehicle as much as possible. Once back home, wash/clean the vehicle well, especially the handles, steering and other parts of the vehicles which come in direct contact with the palms.
6. People with pets:
If you have a pet animal and have no choice but to take it outside for a walk, make sure you take a shower when you are back and also try to wash the dog/animal’s paws which might help reduce the risk of bringing use dog clothes / wash the legs each time after walk.
